隐私政策 Privacy Policy

坐禅重视你的隐私。App 不要求创建账户，不投放广告，不进行用户追踪，也不会收集、上传或出售个人数据。

坐禅记录与偏好仅保存在你的设备上，用于提供计时、日志、统计和提醒功能。iPhone 与 Apple Watch 之间会通过 Apple 提供的设备通信框架同步必要的计时状态。

通知仅用于你设置的坐禅提醒。你可以随时在系统设置中关闭通知，也可以通过删除 App 移除本地数据。

Zazen does not require an account, show ads, track users, or collect, upload, or sell personal data.

Meditation sessions and preferences remain on your devices and are used only for timers, logs, statistics, and reminders. Necessary timer state may sync between iPhone and Apple Watch through Apple's device communication framework.

Notifications are used only for reminders you configure. You can disable them in system settings and remove local data by deleting the app.
